Using Vulnerability to Heal Burnout with VA Administrator Dr. Ryan Vega
“You learn something from everybody.”
Every single one of us has an underdog story. Whether you are a professional athlete, a corporate athlete, a stay-at-home-parent, a freelancing creative - every single person reading this right now has faced incredible adversity, challenge, change, and complexity to get where they are today.
We're wrapping up Season 1 of Flourish or Fold: Stories of Resilience, and I couldn't think of a better note to end on than this powerful conversation with VA Administrator, Ryan Vega. The theme of our chat was centered around using vulnerability to heal burnout.
If we analyze the resilience stories that belong to those that have 'made it', we're able to see a few key patterns. These patterns begin to form a blueprint to success. One of the most common denominators? The ability to bounce forward from challenge, no matter the odds.
This is what it means to be RESILIENT.
