Overcoming Fear and Doubt with Mindset Coach Henry Ammar
“If I’m gonna go through it, I need to grow through it.”
THE CONFIDENCE COMES AFTER THE COURAGE.
Have you ever met someone and felt instantly connected?
Personal development guru & award-winning musician Henry Ammar is one such person like that for me. As a recent guest on the Flourish or Fold podcast, Henry & I covered soooo much ground conversationally, from the magic of collective connection to merging your unique gifts & talents with the opportunities around you.
While reflecting on his own journey, Henry shared with me how his nickname used to be "Passive". He was caged by anxiety, lived in fear of judgement, sought outside validation, and kept a smile on his face throughout. It's something I think every single one of us can relate to. But once we realize that the only one who holds a key to that cage is US, a bright new world of acceptance, love, and possibility opens up. As Henry so beautifully said, let your courage become your confidence.
I could sing Henry's praises & explore all the nooks and crannies of this incredible episode for a whole week and still have more to say, so please go check it out for yourself!
This one's a life-changer, guys. I hope you find as much inspiration & light in this episode of Flourish or Fold as I did!
