Go Big to Give Big

EPISODE DETAILS

Welcome back to Go Big to Give Big Podcasts. Today we have with us, Dr. Taryn Marie Stejskal, the person behind Resilience Leadership.

Dr. Taryn Marie is a keynote speaker and executive coach. She’s always been fascinated by people - in particular, what allows people to be at their very best. In her quest, she has studied resilience for over a decade and a half, interviewing hundreds of people and collecting thousands of pieces of data on how we face challenges with optimal resilience, giving rise to the empirical framework, The Five Practices of Particularly Resilient People. The power of resilience has also found her as she has faced her challenges of trauma, loss, and significant learning disabilities. Believing that resilience is both the missing piece and the key to development for people across the globe, she founded Resilience Leadership Institute.
