The structured and flexible five-phase executive coaching model:
ESTABLISH A RESILIENT FOUNDATIOn
Create a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for the coaching structure with the coaching “client” and key stakeholders (I.e., manager, HR partner)
CONDUCT STRENGTHS ASSESSMENTS
In order to inform an evidence-based practice of coaching, the coaching participant will complete best-in-class qualitative and quantitative assessments that will be leveraged to create a comprehensive development plan to guide the coaching engagement.
ACCELERATOR AND STRATEGIC PLANNING
Following the leadership assessments, the coaching client will spend a half-day in a coaching accelerator to go deeper into the assessment results, begin strategic planning for development, and create an initial leadership development plan.
RESILIENT COACHING
After the development plan is created, the coaching client and coach will meet with the manager and HRBP to share the high-level assessment results and to confirm the development actions and approach. Then, coaching cadence will be determined, and the coaching client and coach will work toward the stated development actions with regular touchpoints with the manager and HRBP for alignment, feedback, and support.
SUSTAINABILITY AND MEASURING RESULTS
Following the close of the coaching engagement, the coaching client and keystakholders will complete summary measures and survey data to determine the impact of the coaching engagement and next actions for ongoing development.

In addition to our Resilience Executive Coaching model, we have developed a preeminent assessment on resilience – which provides quantitative data on how leaders practice The Five Practices of Highly Resilient People.
